Strawberry Pretzel Salad
2 (3 ounce) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 cups boiling water
2 package frozen strawberries with juice
8 ounce cream cheese
1 cup sugar
8 ounce Cool Whip
1 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
Dissolve Jello in boiling water and add strawberries. Pour into an oiled pan or
mold. Let it set for 1 1/2 hours. Then mix the cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip
together and spread it over the Jello. Finally mix the butter, pretzels and
sugar and pat down on top of the cream cheese mixture.
