4 to 5 uncooked shrimp, per person, with shells
1 cup olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/4 cup chopped parsley
3 tablespoons fresh or dried tarragon
Cut out black vein, but leave shell attached to shrimp. Mix all ingredients.
Pour over shrimp. Marinate for at least 2 hours. Cook shrimp over hot coals for
5 to 6 minutes. Shrimp should be moist and tender with slightly charred shells.
