Easy Meatloaf
2 lb. ground chuck
3 eggs, beaten
1 lg. and 1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 c. bread crumbs (optional)
1/4 c. onions, diced
1/4 c. green peppers, diced
Salt and pepper
Meatloaf seasoning pkg. by McCormick
Blend all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Once everything is mixed well, shape it
into a football but even from one end to
the other and place in a baking dish.
Pour the small can of tomato sauce on
top of meatloaf and cook for 1 hour to 1
hour and 15 minutes on 325 degrees.
