Meatloaf with Stuffing

2 lbs. lean hamburger
1 sm. box Stove Top stuffing mix for pork
2 eggs
2 c. warm water
4 packets Herb-Ox beef flavored powder
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, cut into cubes

In a large bowl, mix hamburger, all the contents of the stuffing mix box, eggs, warm water, packets of beef flavor powder, and cheese cubes. Mix well with a fork. Gently spoon into a round casserole or a ring mold. Bake the round casserole for 1 1/2 hours in a preheated 350 degree oven or the ring mold about 1 hour (it will depend on how big the mold). Drain off grease every so often. I fill the center of the ring mold with peas or lima beans.
