Meatloaf with Tomato Sauce

1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. canned milk
1 med. onion, minced
1 egg
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1-1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar

Mix bread crumbs, milk, onion, egg, meat, salt and pepper together and shape into loaf. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. You can put some of the sauce in the meat loaf while mixing it up. Makes it really flavorful.
