Cheese Sauce On Toast
1/2 cup fat
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1 pint milk
1 cup cheese
Make as white sauce and add cheese. Pour over bread, sliced and toasted. Bake in
moderate oven.
