2 1/2 pounds Sauerkraut, drained (save 1/2 of the juice)
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup oil
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced bell peppers
1 cup sliced onions
1/2 of the kraut juice
Mix all ingredients together and serve.
This is my aunt's recipe and the recipe is 70 years old.
