Spaghetti Lasagna
1 lb. spaghetti
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 (8 oz.) cottage or Ricotta cheese
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
Cook spaghetti; drain. In large bowl, mix spaghetti sauce, hamburger
(browned), mushrooms, green pepper, onion, oregano and basil. Add
spaghetti to mixture; coat well.
Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Spread half the spaghetti mixture in
bottom of baking dish. Spread all Ricotta cheese over spaghetti.
Sprinkle half of Mozzarella cheese over that.
Cover with remaining spaghetti and Mozzarella cheese. Cover with
foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered, 30 minutes
uncovered.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
