Chocolate Marshmallow Pie

2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 c. (1 can) Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. water (hot)
3/4 c. coconut
1/4 tsp. salt
12 marshmallows
Baked 9 inch pie shell

Melt chocolate in double boiler. Add Eagle Brand milk. Cook five minutes until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from fire, add hot water, 1/2 cup coconut and salt. Blend real good. Pour into baked pie shell. Cover top with marshmallows cut in half. Sprinkle with remaining coconut. Place in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 5 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.
