Grandma's Coconut Pie
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
6 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. all purpose flour
1 coconut
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (9") pie shell
Combine eggs, sugar, milk, melted butter, salt, flour, coconut and vanilla in
large bowl. Beat well with wire whisk. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees
for 45 minutes or until set.
Yield: 8 servings.
