Pet Milk Pumpkin Pie
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tbs. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbs. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 deep dish pie shells, unbaked
2 cups cooked, mashed pumpkin
1 tall can pet milk (evaporated)
Preheat oven to 375°. Mix brown sugar,
spices, flour, & salt in a 3 quart bowl.
Combine pumpkin, vanilla, milk, & egg &
stir in sugar mixture. Mix until smooth.
Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake 40 to
45 minutes or until knife inserted 2
inches from edge comes out clean.
