Sour Cream Blueberry Pie
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 c. blueberries
1 pie shell
Mix 2 eggs and sugar. Add sour cream, vanilla, and cinnamon. Fold in
blueberries. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees. Approximately 50 to 60
minutes or until set. Chill and serve. Keep refrigerated.
