Bacon and Potato Casserole
1 lb. bacon
6-8 med. potatoes, sliced
8 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese
Line a large skillet with bacon slices;
cover with layer of sliced potatoes; add
grated cheese; end with layer sliced
potatoes. Press down into pan. Heat
skillet on stove until ingredients are
hot (approximately 15 minutes). Place in
oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and turn upside down on
serving plate.
