Easy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

2 cup fresh pumpkin seeds, unshelled
2 tablespoon butter

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Wash, drain and pat dry the pumpkin seeds; saute in butter or oil until coated. Spread on cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. (For browner seeds, bake an additional 15 minutes.) Drain on paper towel; eat, shells and all.
