Pumpkin Cake with Cream Cheese Icing

2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin (1 lb. can)

Mix the flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Set aside. Mix sugar, eggs and salad oil. Beat well. Add flour mixture. Beat again. Add 2 cups pumpkin. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees in angel food cake pan for 1 hour and 10 minutes. --ICING:--

1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 box powdered sugar
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix ingredients and spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate.
