Slow Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
fresh pumpkin seeds
salt water (1/2 cup salt to a gal. water)
Wash pumpkin seeds. Soak overnight in enough salt water to cover seeds. Drain.
Arrange on cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake at 200 degrees for approximately
12 hours or until crispy.
Seeds may also be fried in skillet for 3 minutes, stirring often.
