To Print out only the recipe highlight it with your mouse, right press on the highlighted recipe.  Choose the option PRINT. Change the Print Range from ALL to SELECTION. Press the PRINT button on the screen.

Print Recipe

2-1/2 lb. chuck roast
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, diced
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 c. catsup
1-1/2 c. water

Place onion and celery on top of beef in a roaster. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over beef. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until very tender. Remove fat and bone. Shred with two forks and return meat to sauce. If desired, add salt and pepper to taste. This recipe can be made ahead and freezes very well.
