To Print out only the recipe highlight it with your mouse, right press on the highlighted recipe.  Choose the option PRINT. Change the Print Range from ALL to SELECTION. Press the PRINT button on the screen.

Print Recipe

2 c. hot cooked rice
5 oz. grated cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 med. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained

Combine cooked rice, grated cheese, 2 eggs slightly beaten, 1/2 teaspoon salt. Press mixture firmly into greased quiche dish. Set aside. Defrost broccoli. Microwave 4 minutes on HIGH. Add onions to broccoli and microwave 6 minutes on HIGH. Let stand 3 minutes covered. Drain broccoli thoroughly. Beat remaining egg slightly. Stir in milk, pepper, salt; add to broccoli and mix well. Spoon into rice quiche shell. Microwave 8 minutes on MEDIUM-HIGH. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Microwave 20 seconds on HIGH.
