MICROWAVE DILLED LEMON CHICKEN

2 tbsp. margarine or butter
6 sm. boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
2 green onions (with tops), sliced

Place margarine in 3 quart casserole. Microwave uncovered on high about 1 minute 30 seconds or until melted. Arrange chicken in margarine, thickest parts to outside edge. Cover tightly and microwave 4 minutes. Mix wine, lemon juice, salt and dill weed; pour over chicken. Place lemon slices on chicken; rotate casserole 1/2 turn. Cover tightly and microwave 4 to 6 minutes or until chicken is done. Let stand covered 5 minutes; sprinkle with onions. 6 servings.
