To Print out only the recipe highlight it with your mouse, right press on the highlighted recipe.  Choose the option PRINT. Change the Print Range from ALL to SELECTION. Press the PRINT button on the screen.

OREGON APPLE PIE

4-6 apples, peeled & sliced
2 Tbs sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Topping
6 oz or 1-1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans (walnuts work well also)
1 cup flour
2 eggs beaten
powder sugar, more chopped nuts for garnish

Arrange apple slices in a lightly greased pie plate. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. (I sometimes add more depending on the apples). Combine cooled melted butter, brown sugar, nuts, and flour in a bowl. Mix well. Add eggs to mixture mixing well. Spread topping evenly over apples. Bake pie at 350 for about 35 minutes or until apples are soft and topping is lightly brown. Cool and sprinkle with powder sugar and nuts, if desired.
