To Print out only the recipe highlight it with your mouse, right press on the highlighted recipe.  Choose the option PRINT. Change the Print Range from ALL to SELECTION. Press the PRINT button on the screen.

Print Recipe

2 c. cold mashed potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1-1/2 c. flour
2 c. bread crumbs

Blend the first 5 ingredients well. Add the flour and bread crumbs slowly to mixture until dough will hold its shape and easy to roll. Roll into 2 inch balls. Add dumplings to boiling water. When water returns to boil, cook for 20 minutes with the cover on.
