To Print out only the recipe highlight it with your mouse, right press on the highlighted recipe.  Choose the option PRINT. Change the Print Range from ALL to SELECTION. Press the PRINT button on the screen.

Print Recipe

1/2 lb. tomatoes, chopped into 1/4" chunks
1/2 lb. cucumbers, chopped into 1/4 " chunks
1 med. onion, finely chopped
2-3 fresh green chili peppers, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
2 pinches sugar
3 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. fresh chopped coriander or parsley

Mix all ingredients together. Cover and chill before serving.
