Crockpot Safety Information
Most of the Halibut that we have here in
Scotland is frozen and originates in
Alaska. I've never tasted fresh halibut.
You could also substitute Haddock for
the Halibut.
Lemon Garlic Baked Halibut
Serves 2
2 halibut fillets
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp virgin olive oil
1 tsp butter (optional)
Salt, pepper
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C/350
degrees F
Crush or mince garlic. Rub fish with
garlic. Season with salt and pepper to
taste. Drizzle with lemon juice and
olive oil, place a small piece of butter
on each fillet. Bake until fish is no
longer pink and flakes easily with a
fork, about 8 to 10 minutes.
