Crockpot Safety Information
Veal Parmesan for Two
Serves 2
2 or 4 Veal Cutlets
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Eggs
1 Cup White flour
Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 350. Mix in a bowl:
bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and salt.
Spread flour on a plate. Whisk eggs in a
bowl. Roll veal in flour, then dip into
eggs and then cover with bread crumb
mixture. Heat oil in frying pan. Brown
veal on both sides. DO NOT cook
completely.
Remove from pan and lay out on baking
sheet. Cover veal with slices of
mozarella cheese and then a spoonful of
tomato sauce.
Bake for 30 minutes or until completely
cooked all the way through.
