Asian Fruit Salad
Use your favorite fruits. I use two sliced kiwis and one
sliced banana, one chunked mango and one peach and four
sliced strawberries. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract and
1/2 teaspoon of Chinese 5 Spice in 1/4 cup sugar. Sprinkle
the sugar mixture over the fruit and refrigerate. No 5
spice, use ground cloves and cinnamon but not as good.
