Corn on the Cob
6 ears of corn on the cob
1 stick butter for rubbing the corn
salt and pepper to taste
aluminum foil
Rub each ear of corn liberally with the stick of butter. DO
NOT BOIL CORN!!! Salt and pepper to taste. Seal each ear in
aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes,
turning every 10 minutes to mix juices. Note:
Baking corn in butter is much better than boiling it. It is
much juicier and the flavor is sealed in, so that it tastes
much better.
