Cupcake Filling
This is for Kathy who is looking for things for filling cupcakes.
I mix 8 oz cream cheese, one egg, and 1/4 cup sugar. Mix
well and put in center of cupcakes before baking. It is like
cheesecake.
For a filling after baking, try pudding, ice cream (then
keep frozen)or good quality jam like simply fruit.
