Slow Cooker Chocolate Rice Pudding
4 cups cooked white rice
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup baking cocoa powder
3 T. butter, melted
1 t. vanilla
2 (12-oz.( cans evaporated milk
Cool Whip
Combine the first 6 ingredients in greased slow cooker.
Cover. Cook on low 2 1/2-3 1/2 hours, or until the liquid is
absorbed. Serve warm or chilled. Top with Cool Whip.
