Banana Salad Dressing

1 c. sugar
1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
2 beaten eggs
1 c. small marshmallows
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix and cook until thick (everything but Cool Whip). When ready to use salad, add 1 cup Cool Whip to dressing. Pour over sliced bananas and top with chopped peanuts. (Can also be used as a topping for Jello.)
