Creamy Pasta Sauce
1/2 stick butter
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 oz. diced prosciutto or bacon
Salt & pepper
Simmer butter and prosciutto together in a heavy saucepan, while the pasta
is being cooked in a separate pan. When pasta is cooked, add to the melted
butter and prosciutto using a low heat. Add heavy cream, grated cheese and
seasonings while stirring slowly.
