Golden Apple Sauce

1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
2 large unpeeled, cored golden delicious apples
5 dates, pitted
1/8 tsp. salt

Place juice and salt in blender. Gradually add apples and dates. This sauce may be served over Apple Bran Muffins, or served as a dessert garnished with a few chopped nut meats.
