Peach Sauce
2 c. crushed fresh peaches
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
In 1-1/2 quart saucepan, mix crushed peaches, sugar and orange juice. Place
over high heat and stir until boiling. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for
15 minutes or until thick, without covering. Remove from heat, stir in lemon
juice and vanilla. Makes 2 cups. Serve warm on cake or biscuits. Can be
placed in freezer for future use.
