Pineapple Sweet Potatoes

6 medium size sweet potatoes, cooked
a small pineapple cut up in small pieces
3/4 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter in sweet potatoes

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Baking time is 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Cut in 1/4-inch slices and arrange alternate layers of sweet potatoes and pineapple in a wide baking dish so that there are only 4 layers in all. Combine in the pineapple juice, brown sugar and butter. Boil for 3 minutes and pour over sweet potatoes and pineapple.
