Skillet Sweet Potatoes
I put a stick of butter, and brown sugar, as suits your
taste, and water, maybe a cup, in a large fry pan, then put
in your sliced sweet potatoes. The water will cook the
potatoes, evaporate, and they will, "candy", in the butter
and sugar. Hope this helps.
