1 c. rice, (wild, brown, etc., your choice)
1 12oz. pkg. of frozen mixed vegetables
2 c. leftover turkey
spices to taste like poultry seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper
Prepare rice according to package directions. When almost done, add frozen
vegetables and spices. Finish cooking for as long as it takes to get your
veggies to your liking. Add turkey last to avoid drying.
