Bacon and Cheese Waffles
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 8 ounce container sour cream
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 cups baking mix
6 to 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Combine egg, milk, sour cream and butter; mix until well blended. Fold in bacon
and cheese. Bake in preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions
until golden brown. Makes 12 - 4 inch square waffles.
