Crab Meat Casserole with Spaghetti
1 small onion, chopped about 1/3 to ? cup
1/2 small green pepper, chopped
1, 4 oz., can mushrooms
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
1 can tomato soup
1, 8 oz., pk. spaghetti, cooked
1, 8 oz., can crab meat shredded or fresh
1/2 cup sharp cheese grated, for topping
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Brown onion and pepper lightly in butter add mushrooms. Add flour and blend. Add
milk and heat thoroughly. Mix with soup and cooked spaghetti and crab meat pour
into casserole and top with the bread crumb and cheese mixture. Bake in 350? for
30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly.
