Crabmeat in Patty Shells

1-2 lb crabmeat
1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1/2 cup cream or half & half
1/2 stick butter or margarine
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
patty shells

Combine first five ingredients in saucepan and heat until crabmeat is thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour in baked patty shells and serve immediately.
