Jackiet's Earthquake Cake
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup coconut
1 stick butter or margarine
8 ounces cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar.
Line bottom of 9 x 13 inch cake pan with pecans and coconut. Mix cake mix
according to package directions. Pour mix over pecan and coconut layer. Melt
together butter and cream cheese in saucepan. Slowly add powdered sugar. Spread
gently over cake mix layer. Bake 45 minutes at 350?.
