This is for Sandee in West TN who wanted a recipe for Earthquake Cake. Here is
my recipe.
Ramona's Earthquake Cake
Sprinkle 1 cup chopped pecans and 1 cup coconut in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch
pan.
1 Box German Chocolate Cake Mix, prepared according to directions. Pour over
pecans and coconut.
Combine 1 pound powdered sugar, 1 stick oleo and 8 oz cream cheese. Drop by
spoonfuls over cake batter. Do not mix in. Bake 350 deg. 50-60 minutes or until
done.
