Tropical Cream Cake

1 8oz. can cream of coconut
1 cup sour cream
1 White cake mix
!/4 cup oil
1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
3 eggs
Mix all together in a large bowl. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 cake pan
and bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. When cool frost. I used a
can of vanilla frosting I had on hand and beat it, as suggested by a number of
women in this group. Tona suggests a cream cheese frosting.
