Beer Bread #2 2-1/4 cups self-rising flour 3 tablespoons sugar 12 ozs. beer Mix together, shape in loaf. Butter the top. Bake in preheated 400F. oven for 10 minutes. Turn oven down to 375F. and continue baking for 45 minutes. then turn oven to 350F. and continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool 20 minutes. Peggy from Belleville Ontario Canada
