Lemon Chicken Breasts

3 Tablespoons olive oil
4 chicken breast halves, skinned
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried whole thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup dry white wine
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Heat oil in a heavy skillet until hot; add chicken,
and cook 5 minutes on each side. Place chicken in
an 8? square baking dish; discard drippings.

Add parsley flakes and next 3 ingredients to skillet;
bring to a boil. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with
lemon juice, pepper, and paprika. Cover and bake
at 400? for 25 minutes or until tender. If desired,
garnish with parsley spring and lemon slices.
4 servings

Browning chicken in a skillet before baking shortens
the overall cooking time.
