Ritz Crackers Candy

1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
2 packages (tubes) Ritz crackers

Combine margarine, butter and sugar in saucepan and
boil 3 minutes. Add vanilla and pecans. Arrange
crackers on cookie sheet and spoon mixture over
crackers. Bake 8 minutes in a 325? oven. Remove from oven and allow to cool briefly.
Remove with spatula.
